So far so good here. I like this place and the environments. The leasing office people are very good, they give you good communication. The neighbors are very friendly and I like the area very good neighborhoods

Our experience with the leasing office has been disappointing due to repeated administrative errors and inconsistent communication.

Less than one week after receiving our keys, we found a notice on our door stating that we owed an additional $175 and $300. After speaking with multiple members of the leasing office, we were informed that the $175 charge had actually been intended for another resident who had requested a different unit. The $300 charge resulted from an error on our approval... letter. Prior to move-in, I had emailed several times to confirm the amounts due, and each time I was assured that the figures on the approval letter were correct. It was frustrating to receive a payment notice almost immediately after moving in because of mistakes made by the leasing office.

Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. Before move-in, we were told on multiple occasions that we needed to pay the prorated June rent along with the first month’s rent. We paid the full amount requested on June 10 when we received our keys. We have since been told that our payment was allegedly applied as an additional security deposit rather than toward our first month’s rent, and that our account is now behind. This directly contradicts the information we were given before move-in.

Everyone can make mistakes, but what has been most concerning is the repeated pattern of misinformation and lack of organization. Residents should be able to rely on the accuracy of the information provided by the leasing office, especially when it involves lease agreements and financial obligations. I used to give it 5 stars but lately maintance request and getting things fix has been very bad. When the other supervisor was around he will call to see if it got fix otherwise he will come himself to fix it. I know they been short staff but new employees for them have been with attitudes if they come again to “fix” what never was fix in the first place. Also I know residents don’t keep the complex clean like they are suppose to but the cleaning ladies use to come everyday to clean our building... to sweep, mop and vacuum and remove cob webs but now it seems like they come every so often. And only sweep. Mold has been another issue as well as air filters been change. Trash build up around dumpsters has cause to attract rodents and roaches. Last but not least neighbors have been throwing trash from their balconies as well as leaving lint with pate hair when drying their clothes. Read More
