I love the area and the community.. only a few things needs improvement.. maintenance concerns should be addressed better,outside traffic that don’t reside here shouldn’t be allowed to sit in our parking lots just because or randomly roaming in our community

4 stars because of the large amount of children playing in the parking lots unsupervised and the noise from the neighbors constant thumping and slamming doors

DO NOT MOVE HERE

The place has mice and the front office/leasing office staff do not care. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. 0/10 it is not worth the headaches and uncomfortable vibes in your own home.

When I first moved in here I loved it I was living with a family member and when I got a picture how the townhomes looked like I was soo shocked because they look so nice so me and my kids love it here it’s quite they can go outside and play with no flicks or nothing it’s nothing like having your own.

So far I am not pleased with the way things are going. It’s been 3 weeks since our move date and we still don’t have a shelf put in to hang our clothes with. The windows are still broken and not to mention it wasn’t even clean when we moved in. I was waiting to review because I hate putting this out but this long for a basic maintenance request is a little ridiculous.
