I live in Building 551.
I have been living here for six months.
The first time I lived here was in 2023 for one year, and everything was relatively fine.
However, this time there are many problems.
The bathroom fan does not work.
The kitchen sink is leaking.
There is no washing machine in this building at all.
I have spoken with the rental office more than five times, and the last time was on November 4th, but no attention has been given, and the problems remain unresolved.

Hearing noises I suspect mice are trying to get in or already in
They came patched up holes. Put bait and traps down. Pulled out refrigerator and stove
