Poor Customer Service and Mismanagement
The leadership at TGM Odenton is failing to properly manage these units, and it shows in several areas:
Garbage Management: Trash piles up every weekend due to inadequate infrastructure. Residents are even charged for garbage disposal, yet the issue remains unresolved. Instead of addressing this, management spent weeks repaving roads that were already in good condition--money that should have gone toward fixing the waste problem.
Broken Incentives: Rent incentives are misleading. They... advertise perks such as free months of rent or renewal bonuses, but then look for loopholes to avoid honoring these agreements.
Government Shutdown Support: During the recent shutdown, affected residents were told they would need to go to court to request extensions or face eviction. This lack of support was unacceptable.
Maintenance Delays: If something important breaks, expect to wait days or even weeks for repairs. The only way to get action is to repeatedly chase them.
Bottom Line: Find another place to live. The leadership here operates below even a mid-level standard.
