Christian Jackson is a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Preferred Properties, as well as the Owner of Jackson Appraisal Group, LLC based in Bowie, MD. Chris is a graduate of Bowie State University with a BA in Communications/Public Relations. He is also a member of the Prince George's County Association of Realtors as well a member of the Maryland Association of Appraisers. While in school, Christian purchased his first investment property in Washington, D.C. After a successful project, the decision to pursue a career in the real estate industry was made. After a brief stint with real estate investments in Tampa, Fl, Chris decided to move back to the Washington, D.C. Area to train to become a real estate appraiser. In 2012, Jackson Appraisal Group, LLC was formed and has since become one of the premier real estate valuation firms in the D.C. While still successfully running his appraisal practice, Christian was awarded the Rookie of the Year for Keller Williams Preferred Properties, Rookie of the Year for the Keller Williams Maryland/DC Region, as well as the 2018 Rookie of the Year for PGCAR. Splitting his time growing up between Prince George's County and DC, Christian has an intimate knowledge of the area and has been able to successfully help both buyers and sellers navigate their way to their homeownership goals.
