Great Property with Great Property Management With many apartment buildings having too small a staff to manage them resulting in non-responsiveness to questions and maintenance, it's refreshing to be in a building that has a good, dedicated team here. All of my maintenance requests are handled within a day and I have no issues getting in touch with people to answer questions. The amenities are very good and I like how close it is to the metro.

The Gold Standard for Apartment Living I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maven at Wheaton and the incredible team that runs it. From the moment I moved in, I was struck by the deliberate thoughtfulness they put into making this community feel like a true home for everyone.

What truly sets this place apart is the management’s commitment to building a community. They host events year-round, from January through December, celebrating everything from major holidays to the small, special... moments that bring neighbors together. They have a gift for recognizing and engaging all ages, making sure every resident—whether young or old—feels seen and included.

The management team is simply outstanding. They are the heart of this community. With their ever-open doors and warm, genuine smiles, they lead with a rare combination of professionalism and heartfelt kindness. The manager is a true paragon of integrity and grace, approaching every situation with empathy and fairness. The entire staff embodies this spirit; they are always willing to go the extra mile, offering a helping hand with a positive attitude no matter the request.

I also have to praise the maintenance team. Their responsiveness is incredibly quick, and they handle every issue with efficiency and respect for your home.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart because I have recently moved away. I definitely miss this place. I wouldn’t have chosen to live anywhere else, but my family needed a larger space after buying a house for my kids. If circumstances were different, I would still be here without question.

No Response To Surveys Again, I had several surveys sent to me by E-Mail and phone regarding feedback. I respectfully and innocently gave my honest feedback, but they didn't bother to reply. It's not making any intelligent sense for them to send out surveys but they unprofessionally don't respond, what the point of sending out surveys?? Are you not interested in customer service? "I have never written a review but I'll do one for Maven!!! I've been a resident here for over three years now and I couldn't be happier! This is truly fantastic place to live. The security is top-notch, providing a real sense of peace of mind. The building is impeccably clean and modern, and I especially appreciate the smoke-free and quiet environment. The amenities are great and easily accessible. I just threw a party at the clubhouse and they made it easy all the way! What truly sets Maven... apart is the management team. I’ve lived at this building for 6 years, fresh out of college. I had a lovely time and sad to be leaving. Though the building has been through 3-4 different leasing companies they have all been exceptional in providing us residences with a great experience; from the leasing office to the maintenance staff. I highly recommend checking out Maven at Wheaton!
