Milestone Apartments

This used to be a nice place. Preventative maintenance never done. Raised rent for upgrades such as windows, doors etc. Never happened. Dog poop and trash everywhere on the property.

If i could give this place zero stars i would!!! There is dog poop EVERYWHERE! You can't walk your dog or take them to the dog park without the risk of stepping in someone else's dog poop. They claim to have a pool but it has been closed and management says they aren't going to open it. Preventative maintenance has never been done since I've lived here and when they do send out letters to have it done no one ever shows up. Be careful when they are doing renovations as they will just throw... cabinets, drywall, sinks, etc off the balconies without even looking! And let's not forget that the cops are ALWAYS here!!!! It’s a nice one bedroom apartment. Pretty nice size living room and bedroom.
The apartments are updated looks like brand new.
It’s a Quiet neighborhood for the most part.

The dog park is absolutely disgusting! Dog droppings everywhere. Can’t take my dog out there to let them run around and play for fear of them or myself stepping in something. There hasn’t been dog bags there in quite some time now. Definitely feel like this is something that should be addressed.

Jenny, the property manager is amazing! She was really the selling point for us! Maintenance has a very quick turnaround and everyone who lives here is so friendly
