Milestone Apartments

I like my apartment, but walking from my car to appointment is disappointing. The dumpsters smell bad, then the outside trash can they have gets full then overstuffed and overflowing, people put trash in the bushes, there’s been foliage that really need attention and doesn’t get it. There’s a bike rack with overgrown weeds almost as tall as me, they just mow around the bike rack and there’s a bike locked to it that’s on its side that’s almost covered completely in weeds. There’s wasps and a wasp... nest outside, there’s piles of random items like mattresses, sinks, toilets, by the shed. Someone keeps feeding the stray cats and it’s attracted skunks so in addition to the dumpster smell there’s a skunk smell too. But once I get inside to my apartment I like it. Read More

These apartments are neglected. Ever since they've allowed dogs, there is poop everywhere. Dog owners aren't being held responsible. You ask for things to be fixed, the don't complete your request. There is NO pool and haven't had one in 5 years...at least. The dog park is a joke. About a 20' x 50' area. It is fenced in, but the lawn keepers don't mow it. No outside maintenance with bugs, so they come through the old original windows from the 70's which are falling apart. The management won't... update them. It's pulling arms to get anything new if something breaks and you live in one of the older un-renovated apartments. They've een there the longest and get overlooked like they don't matter. The management tells you what you want to hear and doesn't follow through. There are grills and picnic tables, they are they type you find at a park. Not cleaned at all, they're disgusting. This used to be a nice place. Preventative maintenance never done. Raised rent for upgrades such as windows, doors etc. Never happened. Dog poop and trash everywhere on the property.

If i could give this place zero stars i would!!! There is dog poop EVERYWHERE! You can't walk your dog or take them to the dog park without the risk of stepping in someone else's dog poop. They claim to have a pool but it has been closed and management says they aren't going to open it. Preventative maintenance has never been done since I've lived here and when they do send out letters to have it done no one ever shows up. Be careful when they are doing renovations as they will just throw... cabinets, drywall, sinks, etc off the balconies without even looking! And let's not forget that the cops are ALWAYS here!!!! It’s a nice one bedroom apartment. Pretty nice size living room and bedroom.
The apartments are updated looks like brand new.
It’s a Quiet neighborhood for the most part.
