Hidden Gem

Cute little apartment complex, quiet area which is something that is important to me as I am a mother of a newborn baby. Great amenities, fire pit, dog park, gym, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall great place to rent at!!

Best apartments between GR and the lakeshore

I have lived at West Wind two separate times now and I can confidently say that it is the best apartment complex in the area. The unit are upscale, well maintained, and huge.
The staff here is top rate. Miguel and Leah in the office are the nicest people and they always greet you with a smile. Justin, the maintenance guy, goes above and beyond; he even helped me move some very large boxes when I moved in.
The apartments are also very dog and child friendly.
Can’t say enough good things.

Amazing place to live

Great amenities and great neighbors! The office staff are very friendly and truly care about helping with any situation. It has been pleasant living here and hope to continue for the foreseeable future!

Love living here!

We’ve lived here for 2.5 years and have enjoyed our apartment and the property. The apartments are spacious and modern, with lots of natural light. The clubhouse and grounds are well maintained and fun. The staff have been very accommodating of any requests or questions we have had during our time here. No complaints!

Beautiful place to live

The staff and management is very helpful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The dog park was really a great addition to the property. I also like the clubhouse rental option when I need to entertain. This property has offered me everything that I have needed.
