I am writing this review to provide an honest account of my experience and to encourage management to ensure its website accurately reflects the property's current conditions and available amenities.

Since new management took over, residents have been encouraged to leave Google reviews to improve the property's rating. While requesting reviews is understandable, prospective residents also deserve accurate and transparent information before signing a lease.

Several advertised amenities remain... unavailable. The swimming pool has been closed under the last three management companies and residents have been informed it will not open this year. Other advertised amenities, including the clubhouse, co-working space, and theater room, are also inaccessible. When amenities are unavailable for extended periods, rental rates should reflect the reduced value being provided.

Although the tennis court is well maintained, the overall property upkeep needs improvement. There are too few dumpsters for a community of this size, resulting in overflowing trash, unpleasant odors, and potential pest concerns. Grounds maintenance is also inconsistent, with weeds growing around many townhomes and little evidence of routine landscaping.

I understand that management transitions take time and that improvements cannot happen overnight. However, residents deserve honest communication, realistic timelines, and sufficient staffing to maintain the property and provide quality customer service.

Management acts quickly when rent payments are overdue, and residents should reasonably expect the same level of urgency when it comes to maintenance, property upkeep, and delivering the amenities advertised. Accountability should exist on both sides of the lease agreement. Duaa helped me very graciously multiple times with all of my questions and concerns. The new management team and owner have been much better than the ones in the past and they’ve made our neighborhood much better!

We had a great experience with Duaa helping us find a place here we love. The first unit she showed us was already taken but she helped find us one we loved even more. They waived the security deposit, plan to give us our keys on a Friday, and we are quite happy with our experience so far. We were nervous with having new management but I have high hopes and Duaa has been a great contact to have! I highly suggest you ask for her!

I was NOT moving there in the first place at all. I went for information just to see. Just walking in, I already knew the vibe was off. The young lady who helped me was fine, but the young girl at the desk with her was not professional. She constantly on her cellphone and in the way, very annoying and trying to train and staring with this fake smile....she trying to show and explain to me fast talking one thing, when I'm asking something different...like move, I'm not talking to you. I lived at this complex for 2.5 years. In January I made the decision to break my lease early and move out due to safety issues in the complex. I paid the fees associated with early move out and was advised I would be getting back my security deposit within 30 days of my leave. It’s now been 60 days and management has switched over and claim they have no idea how to get me back my $700 dollars. I feel very cheated and scammed.
I would also like to clarify that a young girl in the community was... tragically shot and killed in her building. The management team did nothing to commemorate her or bring attention to the tragic accident. Instead they threw a leasing party the next weekend to distract from the tragedy. Additionally, weeks later I was on a walk with my dog and quite literally walked into a raid with 8 police cars with their guns drawn 30 feet from me. The complex again ignored, did not educate or give any info on the matter.
