Do not live here

I have lived here for years, you can hear everything in this apt, your neighbors on every side of you. If want to stay over your lease your lease will increase a lot after it is up, maintenance is slow and after hours forget about it. The laundry is expensive, and the basement leaks every time it rains and no one done anything about it, the gutters have been broken and been on the ground now for over 6 months and they haven't fixed it, poorly kept up. Find another place for what they are... charging for rent... my advice.
