I knew when I saw the apartment it was home. It’s a quiet community and I had great communication with Adam in the leasing office. He was on top of the whole process. Moved from another state so the time difference was there but he made sure everything was covered.

Floors That is the worst feeling flooring I ever felt. Not easy to stand on. Very ruff and it has ridges. Nothing I would choose to put on a kitchen or bathroom floor. Also the maintenance guy put the toilet in my bathtub. I just recently had surgery and need a shower chair. The shower chair was in the bathtub, with the shower curtain closed. He put the toilet in my bathtub. I had to scrub and sanitize my bathtub so I won't get any infection from the toilet being in the bathtub. Windsor place... Apts maintenance has no respect for other people's apartments or well being. There was stuff left on my carpet I had to clean up from them moving the refrigerator and stove on the carpet. Apparently they didn't put anything under the stove and refrigerator on the carpet. I would never recommend anyone living here. I will request a discount, but I know that will never happen from Windsor place Apts because I have lived here long enough to know.

??????Yuck Cigarettes piled up at the door, another building whole hallway an inside the apt we were shown wreaked of urine. I was shown one apt that was nice. Dirty grounds, an by the looks of it they let anyone live there. Keep your kids close an your doors locked! Good luck.
