Fairlane East

Roads are always full of pot holes. Pool is never open. For example, as of this post, 07/12/25, the pool has yet to be opened this year. This happens every year. They always come up with some trivial excuse of not having it opened on the hottest days of the summer, but this year, they went far beyond - it has yet to be opened this summer. Every summer it is the same routine. They fill the pool and bring out all the pool decor but never open. This place used to be a fantastic place to live.

I want to give 5 stars to Delores who help me find the right place and very good service that she provided during the move-in process. Afterwards, whenever there is maintenance issue, need to call and wait for few days to come and major problem is the curtain and slides. They didn’t change the curtain and sunlight wear-tear and very fragile. They start to charged 5$ per slide and it was not in contract. Also, manager is very poorly managed and there were multiple times extra amount for no reason... . Tried to solve multiple times and first resolved then came back in following month payment. This experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. I started looking for a place in October of 2021. After house hunting and shopping around for a few weeks, most places weren’t taking it seriously. They rarely responded and made it difficult for a task that should be the complete opposite. That’s when I found Fairlane east. From day One, they were responsive, efficient and professional. Madison, the leasing consultant at Fairlane east along with Deloris.. answered my 1000+ questions that I had to... help me find the perfect option for me. My expected move-in date was roughly December/January. I told them what I was looking for and what would be most suitable for me. As well as asking them to let me know if anything opened up sooner.. they did just that. 2 days later I was called with an opening and they walked me through the whole process. Recently moved here and I really like my home. This gated community having lake, kids play and very good greenery etc. The Management is friendly and helpful and It is convenient location for shopping and work. Great place to live .

I have lived at Fairlane East for 15 years. Fairlane East is a gated community, clean, beautiful outdoor scenery and safe. When you need maintenance service, your request is handled in a timely manner. In addition, the front office staff and Ms. Delores are always accommodating.
