Feedback on light bulb The middle bulb was out which is replaced quickly and efficiently as it did take seven days otherwise it would’ve been a five if it was a matter of two days

Was an attempt made? Sink fills up with water, n disposal doesnt work right, the water doesnt drain, dishwasher is intermittent, but i didnt know that an attempt was even made, do i get a note or notification at least if you come here while im at work? this has been like this since i moved in fyi

Great place to live!

I've loved living at Windemere for almost 4 years. Great office team, Faith is so pleasant and never too busy to listen and answer any questions. The maintenance team Kevin and Derek are awesome! They're very attentive and quick to respond to any maintenance concerns. Love that Windemere takes such good care of the property, and has nice events for the residents as well. It's been a really nice place to live.

Do not move here

It’s ashamed I have to write this poor review because initially I loved this community. Just as of recent, they tried charging me for damages done and I been there for 6 years and the apartment was slowly falling apart. I would not recommend this unit at all. My car was broken into here along with other previous residents and they were not remorseful to their residents at all. They are in the works of making updates to the units but they also need security along with that based on the recent... break ins in November.
