Nice, Procedures This was a little over demanding for someone who has not rented for over 60 years. Sold my condo and my house is not yet ready for occupancy. I guess the requirements are needed in this day and age to protect the property owners. When I last rented 62 years ago, it was done with a handshake.

Fresh Start So far living at Redwood feels like a fresh start for my family. The homes are clean and spacious, and the neighbors are very friendly.

Lived in cascade apartment for 1 year. Loved it! Great location close to town and local stores. Quiet. Prompt staff with any issues. Moved on to a house but would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.
