Absolutely love living here! Its safe and has lots of great entertainment for my kids.

This is the first time ever writing a review. I have lived at the Castle for 5 years as of November of this year and it is about time to give a welcome review for the entire team at the Castle. Ivy as well as Lisa in the office have always been kind and very helpful whenever asked a question about the building or my rental agreement. Nice to know that there are friendly people in the office . Also the maintenance people are very quick to respond and are neat and clean whenever they have to do... any work in my apartment. They also are friendly when you say hello or wave from afar . All in all a wonderful place to live and an Amazing staff that take care of me . Thank you staff for your hard work and kindness. I have been a resident of the Grand Castle Apartment for six years. I have witnessed and become familiar with the pleasant and courteous individuals who labor daily to maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and proper functioning of this impressive structure. They are constantly busy with upholding the endless tasks required to secure a well ordered complex such as the Grand Castle. If I am in need of assistance, someone from the 'castle crew' is never long in responding and helping me out. Quinten,... Mitch, Daylen, Brandy, Adam, Lisa, Ivy, and Calvin are just a few of the employees who labor faithfully at their duties and responsibilities. I know well the faces of those who vacuum the floors, wipe the elevator walls, and tidy up the corridors. They are always kind and I am grateful for them. Just moved into the apartment and it was very clean. Great space, high ceilings, and everything works in orderly fashion. Thank you Daylen for your hard work getting the apartment clean and ready for me.

I have only been in the apartment for a week but everything has been better than great so far !!! Ivy and Lisa in the office made all of the initial move in things very easy. Both Ivy and Lisa have been extremely honest and transparent. I have lived in the apartment one day and I let them know that there was an issue with my toilet and my bathtub drain. I called in the afternoon to let them know and by this evening when I got home from work my issues were addressed by Mitch the maintenance... technician and he did a great job! So far things have been wonderful here and I cannot say enough good things about this place.
