This place is absolutely disgusting!!! There is a MICE infestation and the landlord refuses to do anything about it’s absolutely disgusting I can barely get any sleep hearing them rubbishing in my kitchen! On top of that pretty much some crawled on my daughter the first week I was here cause there’s also a mouse hole in her room in the corner! Are you serious!? What ever you do avoid this place at all costs save yourself or your family you deserve better. FYI what you might get looks nothing... like the pictures and you probably wouldn’t wanna do your laundry here either because the landlord refuses to fix anything probably cause of the mice infestation so just avoid at all costs for the sake of your family please do NOT live here. They sent a message saying that your apartment heat will not be fixed. This is just crazy. It is early March in Michigan and snowed yesterday heat is a requirement. Get a clue!! I will sue if they do not fix my furnace.

They will leave a notice on your door saying that they will be at your apartment between this time and this time and on this date. So you work things out to be there for them to come in. They don't show and then they post on the entry door the change and they still don't show. They ask the people who live there to go and clean the pool for free. you get nothing for doing this. Their mantince is a joke. I only gave seen them a total of about 5 times when living there. They took almost a week to... clear the snow off the sidewalks and that is when it wasn't snowing. They say they only allow curtain dogs but you can have any dog you want since I have seen bull dogs and other dogs that are not allowed to be around small children. The hallways started to smell of weed and smoke. They don't do anything about their smoke dictors since the one in their hallway had been going off for almost 2 months and they did nothing. When maintince had been in the building on more then one time in less then 2 days and they did nothing about it. They don't check the lights in the halls since for almost 4 months one floor had no light on it at all. If you don't mind being woken up at odd times of the night you will love the people hitting your button to get into the building at 12am 2 am 4 am making you want to keep your phone with you at all times. Took two months for the A.C. to get fixed. The pool was opened after summer was over. The apartments smell of cigarettes and marijuana. The hall ways is full of cigarette ashes. The shower leaks and the maintenance staff has no idea how to fix it, but won't listen to what the the issue is. The shower doesn't drain. Now it's filled with stink bugs. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

We have lived her for almost 6 months now and theres been so many issues. First we got a cat because all of the dogs we wanted were on the apartments breed and/or weight restriction, then later we stsrted noticing multiple people here have pitts, huskys, akitas, german shepards, bulldogs, etc. multiple things have broken and its taken days for maintence to come fix it. They let the landscapers work whenever, literally mowing until 9 pm or later (which terrifies our cat). The only good thing is... the apartments are very clean and a good size for the price. Read More
