Place looks great, pool was great, I love the attached garages, but the sound insulation is absolutly horrible. I can hear every step my neighbor above me takes, I can even hear when they go to the bathroom as great as everything else is this will force me to move.

Great location and outside well kept up. Office friendly when signing up,not so much when we needed repairs. We were there 8 months. We rented washer and dryer from them. Washer leaked,had to be replaced. Dish washer leaked, refrigerator leaked, no heat twice, had to have new furnace installed and ac did not work. All appliances are OLD!When we moved out we were charged 20.00 for a stain on the carpet that their repair person put in when replacing the furnace.Very time consuming dealing with the... office when moving out.

Moved from a 3 Bedroom Quad to a 2 bedroom Apartment. Best move we ever made. Maintenance staff are friendly, welcoming and hard working. Great place for the rent paid although the quality of the "hardware" could be better. Cheap handles doorknobs etc...

My husband and I have lived in Rolling Hills for several years. It is always a pleasure coming home to a welcoming landscaped property.
The biggest perks are the attached garage, and the spacious living space.
The office staff and maintenance staff is wonderful and professional.
Moving here was the best move we could have made.

I have just moved here about 2 months ago----I love this place! The apt is so nice and clean and the landscaping is beautiful. But the best is the staff and how well they look after us. I should have moved here long ago. Not having any upkeep is so... great. And it is so friendly here.
