Do not rent here
You get what you pay for. The night I moved in I heard people screaming at each other in my back yard. The walls in my unit were all yellow. The cabinet doors in the bathroom literally fell apart. The maintenance crew put a bumper sticker on my car window that I could not get off for weeks. When I moved out, I did not receive a final bill, although I asked for one. I was assured they would mail it to me. They did not. They sent it straight to collections instead. They also charged me and extra... $1500 for ridiculous miscellaneous items. This company also refused to negotiate the absurd amount they charged me when I left. I have never been treated this poorly by a rental company in my entire life. I was a good tenant, I was friendly with my neighbors, and hardly ever asked for anything from the maintenance team. I am appalled by the lack of safety and professionalism provided by this company. Do not rent here.
