The Glens is a place that lifts people up and builds community. Neighbors are very friendly and make living here a joy.
Speaking of joy, the staff is unlike any other. They work to build community through friendly, responsive connections. All, and I mean all concerns are addressed immediately.
The maintenance staff is superlative. They promise a 24 hour response time for work orders but most of the time it’s more like 8. Their commitment to keeping the grounds, pool and buildings tidy and kept... up makes this community a beautiful place to live.

I was a renter at Glens of Northville ( Woodland Glens then) over twenty years ago. Over time, some things change and others stay the same. The name has changed, but the quiet, friendly community has remained. Upon reaching out for a place to live, I was greeted by Linda, the Assistant Manager. Linda was very helpful, helping me decide which unit would be best for my needs. I enjoy the pond view! Linda, Marlene, Cecil and the rest of the staff here at Glens of Northville, are great. ... There are 5 speed bumps within the complex & the first 2 are a little high so you always have to be careful. They recently replaced our garbage containers near each building to a much smaller size. The maintenance team is terrible. Honestly, they do get paid minimum wage for the work they do so I don’t blame them. In the winter they don’t put salt down near the carports & I have slipped a couple of times. There’s not really any stop signs & people do like to speed. Oh & theres 2 ponds, but the... geese & ducks take over that pretty much 75% of the year. They have very strict rules for the pool. Apartments are okay, but rent keeps getting increased every year. I lived there for one year. They are way too expensive for the Apartment they provide.Cheap Materials. And poor quality.

It seems there is way more negative reviews on places with people nitpicking every little thing they can find, this made securing a place difficult as it seemed everywhere was no good to live. After a year of being here, without having to ask maintenance replaced all the windows and sliding doors which are very nice now. Summer has started and my AC has gone out. Less than 24 hours after notifying staff through the portal, they were onsite diagnosing the issue and game planning a solution.
