High quality community

I lived here almost 2 years and then bought a house. I loved every second of living in this great community and highly recommend anyone else to give this place a chance. The best community in the Mid-Michigan area by a long shot!

Gorgeous! Fantastic!

Highly recommend if looking to move to the Okemos area! The apartments themselves are spacious and beautiful, but I specifically love the walking trails and all the community areas.

High quality community

I lived here almost 2 years and loved every second of it. I ended buying a house and was sad to leave. In my experience, management was communicative and worked with me on any issues that would arise. Maintenance is also top notch and responds extremely quickly to any issues.

don't do it

AVOID. Seriously. Signing a lease here was a huge mistake. The unreliable internet service, thin walls, and construction quirks like slow-draining sinks were annoying but manageable. The real issue is the management. In my experience, they were misleading and dismissive. If you're looking at this place, you have other options. AVOID!
