When we decided on this place we thought it was a nice place of course. But what we didn’t expect was how thin the walls are between units and under us. We were told there was three inches of cement between and under. You can hear the elevators dinging with every open/close which is down the hall from us, every phone conversations, neighbors talking, kids crying and stomping, and running around, dogs barking, or what kind of show/movie is on from other unit TVs. The management team has been fantastic. My leasing agent has been extremely kind, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process. She has answered all of my questions and made everything easy from the beginning.

It is also hard to beat the opportunity to live in a brand-new building with secure access, new finishes, and the possibility of being the first person to ever live in your unit.

I did see the review below mentioning parking, but I wanted to add some clarification. You can park... directly in front of the building and along the side. The new parking lot being constructed is also directly behind the building. There is additional permit parking farther away as well, but it is not the only option.

At move in, prices and amenities were promised that the management company elected not to honor. I sadly did not learn of their shortcomings until after the lease was signed. There are many pieces I wish they figured out before fully opening. Parking is terrible. I was told a garage was available for all residents, I move in and the advertised garage is demolished. I had to deep clean my apartment at move in since there were nails, saw dust, paint, you name it, thrown about everywhere. There is... no cleaning upkeep, so shared spaces like the coffee/snack bar (coffee stains on the countertops I’ve seen since move in, broken snack glass container turned around rather than discarded), gym (dusty/oily, no wipes to clean after use) and even the hallway (debris from construction never vacuumed) are eyesores. My stars are solely for the maintenance team, but the leasing/management team have been extremely difficult to work with as their word is not bond. Read More

I love the apartment itself but there are other factors I wish I would have considered before choosing this property. I give the overall building, management, maintenance and monthly package a 10. The apartment is beautiful. There is a lot of noise day to day living next to Woodward, multiple local event venues, downtown, and the hospital you will hear sirens very close at all hours of the day. Noise from neighbors does come through the walls, footsteps, talking, kitchen movement. Overall a very... sold new build but may not fit everyone’s lifestyle. I recently toured this property and was honestly impressed. The building is brand new, clean, and the units are much more spacious than most downtown apartments I’ve seen. I have been looking for one for a while now around the hospital area and wanted a place that gave me a modern/cozy feel. Management has gone above and beyond to make sure my move in and leasing process was as smooth as possible.
