The Wind Song Apartments

You cannot escape the smell, I feel genuinely so bad for the kids that live here. It's outside, its in the hallways, and your door is not properly sealed so it will get in. They also have roaches and did NOT have the exterminator visit all the apartments that had roaches including mine, they did the bare minimum by giving us traps and really gross smelling bait so you cannot do anything legally about it. The neighbors are also constantly partying at all hours even last night I was woken up at... 4am by the stench and loud music, it will get so loud your apartment will shake. Many of us have complained to the front office via calling AND going in person several times throughout this entire year (more than 10 times!!) and nothing has been done, we have told them exactly who has been doing it and where but they refuse to take action even though smoking has been banned here. I lived here for a year and a half and loved it! The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The apartments are spacious and everyone is so nice!

I lived here for 4 years, really enjoyed my time living here.

The staff is on top of their game and friendly. I've never had any issues and they're transparent.

The apartments are modern, my unit was renovated right before I moved in.

Location is good as well. Close to Great Lakes Crossing as well as the Auburn Hills and Rochester Hills areas.

This apartment complex has been very flexible with my boyfriends COOP schedule-offering 3 month leases for over 2 years. Now we are finally in our first 1 year lease and it’s amazing. Our apartment is well maintained and updated, the apartment security is supreme. Every time we’ve called maintenance it has been resolved within a timely manner. We haven’t had any issues. I am a student at Oakland University. Wind Song Apartments was a reasonable price for two roommates. We lived there for almost two years. The services is great! Anytime we had an issue there was someone to fix it that day or they'd call and reassure us about services for the following day. My favorite part about the apartments is the security. There are locks with key fobs for each building with security cameras. Its a quick 5 minute ride to the University and only 10 minutes to downtown... Rochester.
