Repairs- AC too noisy

Lived here for 2 years. Constantly raising maintenance requests for AC repair/replacement for being too noisy and not cooling properly. When it starts, it vibrates the whole floor and adjacent walls. Will recommend not to rent apartments that have in-house compressor units. Look for one which has compressor units outside the apartment

Unbearable Noise, High Bills, and Ignored Maintenance Requests

I’ve been begging maintenance to fix my AC since last summer, but my complaints are completely ignored. It barely cools the apartment, driving my summer electric bills to an absurd $250–$300 a month.

Worse, the in-house AC compressors are so incredibly loud and vibrate so intensely that it's impossible to sleep at night (other residents complain of this exact same issue).

Save your money and your sanity. If you do move to Township Square, DO NOT rent an apartment with an in-house compressor...
unit.

Repairs

Lived here for three years and this will be my last year here due to me moving for a job. Aside from that, it’s a nice area and a nice apartment complex. It’s absolutely NOT worth the price though. For the amount you are paying and not even getting a washer and dryer hookup, I highly suggest looking elsewhere and using this place as a last resort. Maintenance is a pretty big problem too here. I had my AC go out on me last August, they did provide me with a portable ac unit which was absolutely... thoughtful but it didn’t cool as much and ran my electric bill up so bad. I then had my heat go out and that wasn’t till a month later. They did do it in a somewhat kinda timely manner but it could’ve been faster. My only other complaint about maintenance is they just knock on your door and walk in, when a call to the tenant to let them know what time they are coming in would be nicer. Aside from that, it’s okay. Not the best but not the worst.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

I lived here for 3 years and we recently had a flood that caused mold build up in our apartment. The leasing office and insurance company they work with refused placing us somewhere while repairs are made to our unit, which it took them a week to take action on a moldy apartment. They told us we can either end our lease within the next week and somehow find a new place to rent to us within a week OR continue paying rent on our unit and they told us either way we can’t stay in the unit for the... next month. Avoid Township Square there is much better out there, they show no empathy for families and only care about getting they’re rent for they below basic overpriced units.

Great Staff

Office and maintenance staff have been amazing compared to other places in Saginaw that I have lived. If I call maintenance they are out next day or even same day. I've had to wait over a week at other places for really simple things. Office is great and willing to help with anything
