Poor maintenance.

Maintenance doesn't responding in the. No snow removal from even sidewalk.

Either loud neighbors or thin floors. Regardless, the lack of communication/ very last minute of things like maintenance and work being done was very not okay last year. Nor is the lack of options for more than 12 months, while rent and prices keeps increasing every year with not a break in sight.

Very quiet and being back by the woods makes it even better. Summertime is the best when the pool is open. As the pool is well maintained and cleaned at all times.

Parking is great. My neighbors are very friendly.
Maintenance does a absolutely amazing job at getting everything done as fast as they can. Staff is very very pleasant and friendly
