Thornberry Apartments

I have rented at Thornberry for 15 years and the place looked decent to start with, however since the construction is old apartment unit gets pretty cold during winter time due to leaks from windows. There are holes, where you can see the snow settle in and change to ice and you can feel the cold breeze in your face during storms. The management however comes with excuses that window leaks cant be fixed as the windows are made of aluminum. The appliances are another horror story, old and make... horrible noise especially the furnace and dishwasher. Apart from issues with the apartment, management is horrible to work with. Their operations manager gets on your nerves in few minutes of speaking with her. We continued living there because we didnt want to discontinue kids attending school. The property when I left were half vacant and the walls are so thin that the neighbors can hear you whisper which is a big concern if you like privacy. The management doesn't respond to requests to look into nuisance by neighbors and asks to engage the police instead.

In the end, the management served me an eviction notice with out giving a proper reason as to why. All in all, explore other options before signing that lease. Read More

The apartments are very nice and maintenance is wonderful. Everything is well taken care of. The only negative is Sandra in the office. She is rude. I always hope she's not the one to answer the phone.

Moved to this apartment almost 3 years ago, the staff has always been helpful and very nice. My apartment was upgraded with really nice backsplash and stainless steel appliances & I would suggest if your looking for a great place to live, check out Thornberry!

I have lived there for 7 years all that I ever asked of them was always done in a timely manor..The staff and Management Excellent. Very Clean Quiet
neighbors very friendly. Complex kept Clean. Pet friendly and children very discipline. Very quiet and safe community.

My family has lived here for 6 years and I truly have nothing bad to say. All issues have been taken care of in a timely manner and communication is great. The only thing I would change is the new garbage system. I dislike garbage dumpsters on the property.
