Amazing apartments
My husband and I looked at Parkside first on our apartment search. It was clean, beautiful, appropriately priced, and completely updated. We then looked at a few other places afterwards and it was incredible how "set apart" our "experience" (though brief) with Parkside was! Lauren, the property manager, was so authentic. She was passionate about the property. She went out of her way to show us the building under construction. She was upfront with us. She was honest. This is something that I... cannot stress enough. Already it seems the other places are trying to "con" us into paying more, signing a lease immediately, not being clear with policies- such an icky feeling. I know how important a trustworthy property management company and staff is in an apartment and Parkside residents are so lucky to have Lauren and other staff!
