This is probably one of the most unorganized places I have lived. They constantly had theft. The package room was broken into, fire extinguishers were stolen, cars were broken into. I asked the office numerous times to take an old resident phone number off their system and after 2 years, they were still updating the old resident and not me, the current resident. We put in 13 requests to get our dryer fixed before they replaced it. When they replaced it, it was installed wrong and almost started... an electrical fire. Every 3 months they ask what vehicles you have. We told them numerous times that an old car was no longer there (belonged to old tenant) and to remove it from the list but then 3 months later they still had it on the sheet. The response we got from the office was “it’s easier for you to fill this form out again rather than us opening your file.” The listing lies as it says there is a car wash but there actually is not. My last months rent I asked how much I owed and the office said “around $261 but that might be off a few dollars.”

After reading all the unbelievable move out reviews we now have our own story. It appears that Kingston Green is using the damage deposit to work as a money maker for them. What a JOKE! Our apartment was spotless so they had to find another angle to keep our deposit. We hired a professional painter to put a better sheen of paint on our walls during our stay. We were told we must use light/neutral colors. We got our colors approved before proceeding with one of the 7 managers that we had in 8... years. Evidently there was a form that was to be filled out which we were never advised of. Now at move out time they are charging us $400 to prime the spare bedroom walls because the infamous form was not found in our file. Be careful if renting from Kingston Green.

No deposit, no return. I heard rumors about not receiving deposit back when moving out. It’s true. We cleaned and shampooed the carpet for final inspection. Several office staff said we did a great job and not too worry about it. They then charged me 190$ for a professional carpet cleaning.
Kingston Green works with a multi utility company for sewer, water, trash and electric. They charged me a full 30 days even though I had moved out already and not using their utilities.
Ask for a copy of... lease before you move in, read carefully.

Management is absolutely not friendly, they showed up to our apartment many times without notices, we finally got cameras because they continued. If you get any sort of assistance they treat you horribly and will try to get you out asap. The elevator also started on fire/exploded and now we don’t have an elevator and will be without one for 3 months. They are greedy for money and have no sympathy even during a pandemic. Stay away from here if possible.
