Unhelpful customer service
I called Oaks Pentagon Village to inquire about the property. The person who answered the phone, Kasty (or a similar name), interrupted me several times during the conversation. She repeatedly directed me to the website for information rather than addressing my questions directly. The call lasted less than three minutes and did not feel helpful or welcoming.
