Over the pandemic, Stephanie has worked with me with different payment programs and options. I am now going on my third year living in the community and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

Definitely Recommend (3 Year Resident)

I love Oak Grove Downtown! I just renewed for my 4th year and am very happy with my apartment. The management (Stephanie & Khari) and maintenance (Tony) are very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure every resident is happy from timely email responses to 24/7 accessibility for maintenance to upgrades/renovations upon request. The location is perfectly central for city living and the layouts are unique. The management recently changed - so any bad reviews should be given another... shot!

10/10 recommend.

Deeply regret living here

Deeply regret living here. My friend had a good experience so I did not listen to the negative reviews or the C- Better Business Bureau rating. Don't make the same mistake.
This company never missed a chance to charge for anything, meaning I paid way more over the course of my time there then my actual monthly rent. I am certain my deposit will never make it to my forwarding address. They were 100% out for my money and nothing else.
The nice location is not worth dealing with shitty office... employees and hidden fees. Live somewhere with a good reputation and don't give these people any more money.
**Edit: Never received my deposit and am currently going through the Dept of Revenue since they never sent my CRP.
