Aberdeen Apartments

My experience at the Aberdeen has been completely stellar. To start, the staff has been off-the- charts amazing. There’s a reason Nicole is mentioned so frequently in the reviews of this place. She responds to emails quickly and effectively, and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure all of your problems are taken care of in a timely manner. The cleaning staff is very friendly; the building is always tidy, clean and fresh. It’s a relatively quiet building; though, it is right next... to the highway, so ambulances and cars can certainly be loud at night. I've been living here for a year now and can say that Nicole is just as great as the other reviewers say. The whole building is very clean and quiet. I'd love to talk about maintenance requests, but I've never had an issue that required one. I say its a hidden gem because it's on the edge of downtown, but close enough to walk right into it. 35 and 94 are right here which makes commuting a breeze.

Its been only 1.5 months since I moved in these apartments and it already feels like home. Nicole, the property manager is super helpful and resolves any kind of issues at utmost priority. The apartments are brand new and have almost every amenity that one can think of. The rooftop view is nothing less than awesome. I'd love to recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a place to live in the heart of downtown!

I really want to like this place but every step of the neighbor walking above you can be heard and it gets tiring. My doors will even rattle sometimes; it's a constant banging sound. The complex is maintained very well, and Nicole the property manager is really nice. The rooftop has wonderful views and the community here is safe. Overall for a brand new building, it's disappointing more quality wasn't put into the floors like it was for the rest of the building.

I've only been living here for a few weeks, but Nicole is the best! She's been helpful, patient and easy to communicate with. I love that every unit has a washer/dryer. The rooftop deck is fantastic and has an awesome view of downtown. It's still early, but I really think I'm going to enjoy living here. :)
