OMG. Love this place

I have lived in Elsewarehouse’s for the last three years. My space is incredible and the community is amazing. I moved here from out of state and have met a fantastic group of friends here! If you want style, grace, and a lovely rooftop, this is your place.

A great spot!!

I have lived at ElseWarehouse for almost two years, and it has been a fantastic experience. The management team is responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any concerns. The location is unbeatable—everything I need is within easy reach, and the neighborhood has a great vibe. The building is well-maintained, and I’ve truly enjoyed my time here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Best Place in North Loop

Wonderful place to live - building is gorgeous, rooftop is the best in the city with three terraces and a cozy indoor + versatile outdoor. Lofts are beautiful. Location is central and easy to bike or train anywhere, getting to the arts/food in North East, the lakes in Uptown, downtown, or all the restaurants/bars/coffee shops right around the corner in North Loop. Highly recommend.
