New management is awful

Not usually one to write reviews, but don’t want others to get stuck here. Have lived here for a few months now. Old management was great. Since the new management came in about a month ago it has been nothing but bad experiences. Moving to this property strictly because I liked the management so it’s a very disappointing shift. Property manager is never in the office during staffed hours. Also has a rude demeanor like you are annoying her. Tried speaking to the call center lady and she said... that the manager is new and that they cannot speak to what she does or doesn’t do at work. Was looking into moving into a different building by the same management as I am moving work next year, but after how bad this is I would rather live with any other management company.

AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE

I have been living at Rex26 for 2 years. We have a new management company take over the building. They are amazing. The community manager is prompt, professional and extremely nice. The leasing and marketing manager is also super helpful and puts on great resident events for us. i feel so appreciated and my friends and family love coming over to use the theater room and community areas. The terrace is gorgeous!!
LOVE IT HERE!!
