This is a great place to live. The staff is super friendly, I feel very safe outside at all times of night, and the building is overall well maintained.

Great place to live

I really enjoy living here! Great location, nice amenities, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful! Rent is reasonable and nothing to complain about with the apartment itself!

The Copham is the best

7 months in and living at The Copham has been a fantastic decision. The gym is amazing and the staff set up amazing events to get to know your neighbors! Sara and the staff has made the experience of living here fantastic and Jann is always there to fix any sort of problem. If you're looking for an excellent apartment in a perfect location the Copham is the place to be.

Great place to live :)

I absolutely love living at the Copham! It is situated in a really great part of the north loop next to all of the nice bars and restaurants that my friends and I love to go to. It has a historic warehouse vibe, but all the perks of a newly renovated building! The leasing team and management here are super friendly (shoutout Sara!) and put on events for the residents every month. There are nice amenities such as a secure package room, rooftop grill, and a fitness center that has quality new... equipment. I have only ever had one maintenance issue because all of the appliances/door/keys/etc are new. However, when I did have that one maintenance problem, the maintenance team (shoutout Jann) was there and had the problem fixed within an hour of me reporting it. Overall, my experience has been a 10/10 and I’d recommend this place to any of my friends looking for a luxury apartment.
