Our 450 ft of shoreline & 3 acres of rolling hills is walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shopping, & parks. Year leases are an average of our high and low season. Shorter monthly stays are possible too. Less than 3 month stays have a $300 one time fee. Prices quoted are for up to 2 people due to utilities being included.

Cross Lake & Pokegama Lake, connected by the Snake River, form a chain offering over 3,000 acres of navigable water. Interstate 35 will bring you to Duluth or the Twin Cities in a hour. Day trip to a dozen State Parks and Forests. Visit the many wineries, cideries, and breweries in the area. Pine City has so much to discover! We are on the quiet southern tip of Cross Lake, a half mile to downtown Pine City. Walmart & Aldi are a mile away for supplies & groceries.

Max of 15. In the summer on-street parking is plentiful. In the winter however, Pine City tows cars on the street during snow emergencies between 2am-6am Nov 1 through March 31. We assigned off street parking spaces to ensure fairness.
