High Quality Apartment & Staff
I lived at the Maven from March 2024 till September 2026. In short, I recommend the apartment complex.
The building is modern and the facilities are well kept. As a transplant from the Washington, DC area the building and amenities are in line with the modern apartment complexes I was used to living in along the East Coast. There are a number of creature comforts that I expected, but appreciated none-the-less, such as a free coffee machine, pool, grills, fire pits, printer, and reservable... lounge areas.
Beyond the physical building, what stood out in particular to me was the effort the staff takes to ensure an enjoyable, relaxing place to call home. Bobbi and Devin manage the apartments, and they do a great job of it. They’re both very friendly and easy to talk to. When I had an issue they went above and beyond to resolve it, exceeding my expectations for professional attention to the matter. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of the tenants. I often jokingly told them to “Go home!” when I would see Bobbi or Devin working at 9 pm at night. Given how often I saw them working late or going above and beyond to help a tenant, I can only imagine how many countless efforts went unseen. They made my move-in and move-out frictionless and quickly resolved an issue with my bathroom sink during my first and last attempt at being a plumber. Bobbi personally ensured my apartment was left clean after repairs were made to my sink. Rest assured that you’re in good hands with Bobbi and Devin.
I also had the pleasure of interacting with Julio, who maintains and services the apartment complex. Like Bobbi and Devin, he’s also very friendly and easy to chat with. I appreciated the efficiency with which he worked. He was usually in and out of my apartment in minutes. One evening as I was enjoying the fire pit he asked me if I had turned the lights off or if the bulbs needed to be replaced. I appreciate his proactive nature and foresight in addressing things before they become an issue.
Personally, my highlights of living at the Maven were the parties that Bobbi, Devin, and a local DJ put on. I also enjoyed using the grills year round and appreciated their upkeep and maintenance. You can feel confident that the Maven is a quality apartment run by skilled and passionate staff.
