Excellent workers

I moved here about month ago, I started my moving in process with Madison she was such excellent and smart stuff. She made the whole process super easy and fast. She's always ready to help and respond to any of your questions. The whole stuff who works for this property are very polite and nice, maintainance request done on the same day you request had no little problem so far. Keep the great job up.

Comfortable Home

Gates is very nice. The apartment has newer appliances and wall paint, feels like a nice hotel, and maintenance is fast and friendly. I also enjoy the walking path, bench and pool right outside my window. So far, no issues with neighbors and the community has been quiet, safe and peaceful at night. Gilda at the leasing office has been incredibly sweet and helpful, she made the move easier and she also took the time to walk over and make sure I locked my new place when I was at work and was... worried I'd forgotten.

Poor management

It happened so often that people smoke marijuana in your doorway. It's not good for the family with children to live here.
