Hunter and all the office staff were very helpful from the start to finish of lease an apartment at Grand River Estates. I am very happy with my experience and feel very welcome here.

I moved into this complex in November 2020 and have not regretted it once! Kalin is AWESOME and willing to work with you in whatever way she can when you need something. She has helped me numerous times and is one of the most generous people that I've met. Any time I've needed maintenance done, it's been in a very timely manner.

The location is amazing! Close enough to shopping and Hwy 94, but far enough off of the road that you feel like you're in the country! I have a dog and she loves... the dog run out back and the environment in general. There's so much nature for her to explore!

Called looking for an apartment within the next couple months. I understand nothing is available right now and you can’t show me a unit but we would like to have a plan on when and where we are moving. I would still like to meet with management and see the community space, as advertised it looks like there is a lot you could show even if you can’t show a unit. I specifically stated I would like to see the property and was denied. I was told to call back at the end of the month to see if... something is available. I work in property management, we would never tell someone they can’t come see the property. I lived here for 1.5 years and would have stayed if I would have found a roommate to split costs after the loss of my spouse. Staff is great and accommodating! I had a 3 bedroom with so much space and storage. My view was spectacular and the amenities are top notch. Requests for maintenance and calls to the office are answered quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this apartment complex. There isn't one thing I can think of I would change.

I have lived here for a year now after having sold my home. I have to say it has given me peace of mind. The complex is well maintained, clean, and so quiet. Management and maintenance teams all are friendly and helpful here. I know I never have to worry about what happens if... as they will always be here to assist promptly.
