I love location but I there are constantly maintenance issues, we went 5 days last winter without heat. We’ve also had water pressure trouble 4 times. For the amount of money we pay I would expect either a discount or lower rent.

Excellent environment, friendly people all around. Excess to the gym. So one can keep himself in shape. The rooftop is an excellent place for small get togethers. Simply enjoying my stay.
