awful experience

the building is NOT taken care of. NOT clean. the hallway lights were always out making it very dangerous to walk to our apartment alone. The "controlled access" is a joke- the locks were always broken meaning anyone can enter at any time. I moved in with an emotional support animal that helps with my severe anxiety and depression and they were extremely rude and unaccepting. even though i have her papers and i sent all the documentation over.
