Loden SV - A Great Place to Live

I have lived at Loden SV for about 4 months and have enjoyed my time here. The amenities are nice and I am excited to use the outdoor amenities this summer. The location is convenient with Target, YMCA, Cub Foods, food, and more all down Lexington. When I have asked staff questions or needed maintenance to come by the people I have interacted with have been kind and helpful. One inconvenience about the apartment complex is parking options, especially for overnight guests, however I haven’t had... issues with guests receiving parking tickets for parking overnight on the street. Overall I am satisfied with my decision to move here and have recommended this place to friends who are looking for housing.

Loden SV

Loden is a great place to live! Management is responsive and facilitates are kept clean. Conveniently located near I-694, making for a seamless ride to the cities.

Happy to call this home

Very happy that I chose to call Loden SV my new home when I moved here from South Dakota last summer. I’m a PhD student and work from home and find my apartment and places in the building such a great space to study and work. The amenities are ?????????? So many nearby paved walking trails to explore with the fur baby too!

The best place ever!!

We absolutely loved LODEN. We wish we could stay here forever! The amenities and facilities are amazing and always so well maintained. The staff is also just as amazing and is very responsive and knowledgeable and welcoming!

Great place to call home!

The building and apartments are well maintained. The amenities are great. Restaurants and retail businesses are very close. Staff members are friendly. Social events are offered monthly to promote community interaction. We are very comfortable here!
