LOVEEEE

I love this apartment. The staff are so helpful, they are always there to put a smile on everyone's faces. They make it known that GIRL power runs the office. They are a funny group of ladies, and they make living there so fun and enjoyable. The apartment itself is amazing. We got the basic apartment, but the amenities are amazing! We live in the dog building, and we enjoy every minute of it. I now see why no one ever wants to leave these apartments.

Best apartments in Shoreview!!!

Best apartment I have ever lived in!
The staff in the office are very helpful – always there to help! There are community activities put on every couple months, the grounds are kept immaculate, the apts are very nice especially if you have one of the remodels. If you ever have an issue with your apt the maintenance team is quick to respond. I love that they provide a website where you can request work orders to be done and to pay your rent- very convenient! A bonus that there are gas and... charcoal grills, outdoor pool, fire pit, dog park, underground parking, onsite dry cleaning service and secured entry. I really love it here and would recommend anyone to check it out!
