Very nice place to live It's really beautiful here. Personnel are nice and helpful. People are quiet and kind. It's a bit of a drive, but that's okay if you have a car.

Broken elevators, lukewarm showers & stained carpet The elevator has been down for 3 months, a few months ago we had lukewarm water for showers and all the carpet is badly stained. I have been here since it opened but it has gone so downhill. I will move out as soon as my lease expires. Not worth the rent money.

First Class Service for a First Class Property! I don't need to schedule many service requests because Ascend was built with high grade materials by high grade builders, but this request wasn't for a repair. If you didn't already know this, one of the wonderful amenities that Ascend offers is the professional mounting of TVs, shelving, etc., and I needed a floating shelf mounted in my bedroom. Not only did they complete it within one hour of receiving the request, but the work was top notch,... and I LOVE it!
I also just selected to sign my THIRD lease renewal which qualified me for a complimentary carpet shampoo! Thanks Bailey and team!
