Plato's Cave - Branson

The manager ( Tara ) is too busy looking for the next tenant to sleep with to fix any problems. Any and all complaints are ignored. And almost all of the apartments have roaches no matter how clean you keep it. And the entire property is covered in and smells like dog waste.

Everyone in the front office are so sweet. The rooms are a perfect size not to big not to small just the right size to live and so affordable.

I've been here little over a year. I live in a studio. All utilities including WIFI are included in rent price. One bill a month . They deep clean the air-conditioned once a year. The AC/ heating unit works well. I have a full kitchen. There was cockroach infestation when I moved in. The bug man that works for platos is competent. It took several months, the problem is resolved. I'm looking a sound absorbers to put on the walls and door for better privacy. I have asthma. I had to buy air... purifiers. Poor air circulation. Alot of dust. Can get odors from other people apts. Problem resolved. Bottom line, you may have to trouble shoot,it's an older building. I feel safe here. Management is always in the front office M-F 9am-6pm. Their professional and personable. All of my maintenance needs have been met. Sometimes you have to wait, there are alot of tenants to prioritize. Well lit at night . Im giving them a 4 star because the pool needs repair so we can swim. The volley ball court needs sprucing up. This is the first apartment I ever rented on my own and Plato’s cave and management have been so helpful! Truly recommend

The owners/managers are insanely nice and very welcoming. The apartment are actually nice looking and very affordable too!
