Going to miss this place!

We loved living here, our apartment was quiet and well updated. We had woods in our backyard which was peaceful and scenic. So many trails and parks for our dog and management always had treats for him! Maintenance was timely and did a great job whenever we needed them. Very friendly management and maintenance teams. We only moved because we bought a house, but we will certainly miss living here.

Amazing, safe and friendly!

My dog and I have called Boulder Springs our home for over three years and not only do we love it for everything that it offers but feeling safe as well. The apartment itself is beautiful, very modern with both hardwood floors and carpet. (Some of the living rooms also have these beautiful recessed shelves that really add a unique look!)
I cannot say enough amazing things about management. Lisa and Jennifer go above and beyond to create a peaceful and safe environment. My dog makes sure we go... visit them in the office every day to get his lovings and of course treats! They spoil him. If you have a pet this is the perfect place. The grounds are beautiful with waterfalls, beautiful rock formations, a gazebo and of course a dog park! Management also is very good at communicating with tenants if needed; maintenance, fire alarm testing etc.
Overall, it is very peaceful and serene. It gives a sense of the Pacific Northwest with the landscaping. No other apartment complex I’ve lived or been to has offered this scenery and environment. Lisa and Jennifer have become like a second family that I know I can go to with anything from normal maintenance to my own personal wins in life! They truly want every single tenant to feel happy and safe and really work to ensure that! I am very happy with Boulder Springs!

I could not recommend boulder Springs enough. It is in the perfect location, very responses staff, great amenities. If we wouldn’t have gotten a house, we would’ve stayed there forever.

Absolutely terrible place to live. If you want your life to be hell, then sign the lease. If you want your beloved ones feel the pain every day and night due to continuous noise from neighbors due to thin dry walls and roofs, dogs barking, and stomping then sign the lease. This place is not less than hell.
