So far the process has been as smooth as it could possibly be. The transition and help from the team has been great and has helped us tremendously in getting settled.

This community has been the perfect fit for our college student and her canine side-kick. She feels safe, the location is perfect, and she enjoys the dog park, pool, and gym. The neighbors are very friendly and outgoing. Office and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly.

We love this community and the staff are super helpful and nice, but the poor quality of how the apartments were built is kind of hidden until you move in. We can hear every footstep/conversation from our upstairs neighbors, even when they are trying to be quiet, so even though it’s no one’s fault on the property, we would not have moved here had we known. It is causing tremendous anxiety with our animals and would’ve been nice to know ahead of time so we could be more prepared.

Always friendly and helpful in the office. Apartment is fantastic. I enjoy the fact that there are so many friendly people and pets roaming the grounds.

We loved living here, our apartment was quiet and well updated. We had woods in our backyard which was peaceful and scenic. So many trails and parks for our dog and management always had treats for him! Maintenance was timely and did a great job whenever we needed them. Very friendly management and maintenance teams. We only moved because we bought a house, but we will certainly miss living here.
