Amazing property
Absolutely love this property and so proud to call it home! The work orders for maintenance are done so quick and the staff is so friendly. The property is very quite and makes me feel very safe!

Amazing property
Moving from a property that was student housing to this was a game changer. The residents are very responsible and friendly! There is a small dog park in the property that is perfect for the dogs! Overall love how close to downtown we are with still feeling like we are in a small neighborhood! Also staff is very friendly!

Hands down the best place I've rented from. You can tell management truly cares about your experience. Blake from the front office is very helpful. Maintenance is friendly and responsive. And its location is ideal between campus and the southside of town. Its truly a great place to live
