We had an odd thing happen, our dining area light broke its hold to the ceiling. We sent in a work order on Resident app and called into main office. Jason came by that evening and disconnected the light. Gary came by the next morning and efficiently repair the broken attachment. He was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable about the situation. Gary also cleaned up after the work was completed. Thanks to our speedy maintenance group!!

I had a leak in my water heater connection over the weekend and had to call for emergency maintenance. Levi was able get me quickly and got everything sorted out as soon as he arrived. He was polite and professional during the entire service.

We had such an amazing experience with The Avery! From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They were able to get us in for a tour and made the entire application process so easy and stress-free. We ended up being able to move in the very next day after applying, which was absolutely amazing!

Levi came in and got our dryer working in I’m going to assume less than 10 minutes. He did a great job and it took no time we appreciate it so much and hope he has a great day.

Thank you for the great work. We have had a few recent repairs and all were resolved quickly and properly. we had a kitchen cabinet door that needed to be repaired along with the bifold doors to our laundry room. We also had to have the garbage disposal worked on. I apologize for the delay in getting this review sent in, but everything was done quickly, and the work was excellent. Also, all the workers were very polite.
