I seriously can’t thank Cayndice enough for everything she did for my boyfriend and myself. Getting into our apartment wasn’t easy at all, and we had so many complications that honestly made us think it might not happen. Through all of it, Cayndice was right there with us.

She always kept us updated, answered every question we had, and was so patient and understanding the entire time. I NEVER felt like we were bothering her—she genuinely CARES and always made us feel like she wanted us to get... our apartment just as much as we did…. maybe even more!

This is our first apartment together, so this whole experience meant so much to us. We were stressed, overwhelmed, and didn’t know what was going to happen, but Cayndice made everything so much easier. She went above and beyond for us, and I truly don’t think we would’ve made it through the process without her.

If you’re thinking about moving to Anderson Apartments, I really hope you get to work with Cayndice. She is one of the sweetest, most caring people I’ve ever met, and she made what could’ve been a horrible experience into one we’ll always remember for the best reasons.

I have been a resident for 3 years. I have made countless maintenance requests for this same issue in that time. Each time, I'm told there is nothing wrong with my unit. when trying to contact management, they don't answer the phone. Just recently, I was kicked out of the office after pushing this issue and stating the fact that phone calls, texts, and emails routinely go unanswered. Lease at your own risk.

I submitted a maintenance request nearly 3 months about my A/C being broken. Numerous emails and calls to management, multiple additional maintenance requests later and it is still broken. It is nearly 100° outside and management doesn’t care. They are unethical and the most unprofessional landlords I have ever encountered.

Enjoy living here. Going on 2nd year. Property is kept nice, Apartments are really nice and newer. Maintenance is on it.
