My son and I went out to Southern Hills to look at the units available and Larry Neil was our tour guide. I found him to be kind, sincere and respectfully direct and I would be very content to have a landlord like him.

I definitely was impressed with the landlord Larry and the very sweet and kind lady in the office Darla. The new management team definitely is turning this place around. They go above and beyond to make sure that anything you need is addressed and handled as soon as possible.
I had an unexpected turn of events happen in my life and both Larry and Darla did everything they could to help me during that time. It is rare in this day and age to have a landlord that doesn't just take interest in his... business but also in the tenants. I highly recommend giving Southern Hills a chance by becoming part of not only a fantastic community but also having a fantastic management team where you live.

Do not rent from them there apartments are full of mold and they do not fix anything because they have no maintenance people.

I don’t live there but I called to gain information on 8-31-19 around 3:45pm and the representative was very rude. She acted like she didn’t want to answer the question I had. This let me know that I shouldn’t rent even though the price was low. 1 star for the customer service.
