Terrace Green Apartments

The communication between the landlord and the maintenance was terrible. They let my fridge go without electricity for several days multiple times and i lost hundreds of dollars of groceries. Several other things broke in the time span I lived here and there was not much done to fix it immediately, like air conditioning issues and plumbing. My car was broken into and not much was done to help. The service just felt hostile and unwelcoming every time I called or had to go to the leasing office.... When i moved out from each apartment they tried to charge me outrageous prices for things that were not damaged or needed replaced, they are just scamming you for money, that’s why the rent is so cheap. You might not pay much in rent while you live there but the general cost of living there increases when you move out and are charged for insane things. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone and am still working on getting things handled with them MONTHS after moving out, they are refusing to communicate. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. it seems nice and convenient for students but it’s a huge scam. Read More

5 minutes from MSSU, 5 minutes from Target, 7 minutes from Walmart, right next door to Casey’s. Apartments are always clean, maintenance requests get answered basically immediately. Kerri is awesome and understands if you are a student and works with you if you need her to. Pay your rent on time, be clean, and don’t be a crazy tenant and she will love you for it. Love the pool and the deck area. Couldn’t have found a better first apartment

Kerri is always very easy to talk to and extremely patient. Every time I have a question or I need something done she is right on top of it. The property is always kept up amazingly and everything is always up to date. If there is ever a problem she always gets it done as soon as possible and in the same day if she can manage it. I recommend these apartments very highly. I enjoy living here.
