I have lived here for almost three years. I live in a basement apartment and the tenants above me are continually violating the lease by disturbing us. Management has done nothing, I have called the courtesy officer and the tenants lie to her/him. There also has been several vehicles broken into in the parking lot and my car was stolen. There have been 6 fatal shootings. DO NOT move here.

My partner, our little dog, and myself have been here for almost 6 months and the experience has been a positive one. We’ve never had a bug issue and any small issues such as the toilet stopping up or the bathroom needing another coat of paint or even the AC another working well was literally fixed in exactly 1 day. They are quick to solve any of our problems at least. Also, I use public transportation to get to school and the bus line is right there so that’s helpful. I was scared to rent here... at first because of some of the reviews but my experience has been a good one! The only thing that upset me was at the very beginning, when we were still looking one of the managers was a bit rude but after that instance they weren’t anymore. I would recommend this place...it’s inexpensive and quiet for the most part (at least in the unit we live in).

This place is mold infested, bat infested and they charge for hidden fees at end of lease. Management doesnt care about tenants. Better places are out there.

They have on site person who's sprays for bugs. But still, roaches in the hall way, greeting you at the entrance of the door, creaking up the stairs. Just nasty. I leave home fighting roaches, I come home fighting roaches. I bought my own bug poison. Just embarrassing.

Set up an appointment to meet and look at the apartments, and when I got there just a day after scheduling to visit, the assistant manager in the office claimed to have no clue I was coming and told me there were no apartments available, contradicting the leasing agent I talked to less than 24 hours beforehand.
